Working with Mr. Carl Morgan was a pleasure. From the time I spoke with him on the phone on Friday the 2nd of Sept. til the time we closed the deal on Saturday night the 3rd of Sept. he was great. My husband was with me and he is not as patient as I am, plus the car we purchased was for me, so he was ready to leave right after the vehicle deal I came for did not work. We were there longer than we had expected, but Carl was patient and determined at the same time to make me a happy customer before I left that store. I traded in my Saturn and went home in a new 2012 Hyundai Sonata and with payments that was comfortable for me. I had let Carl know that if I left the store that night without a new car, I would not be able to get my husband back in there or anywhere else to find me a car. He listened to me and made sure I did not leave emtpty handed. I was smiling when I left. Thank You Carl for working with us and being such a great salesperson. Because my husband and I have different views on certain things, we can be difficult to work with at times, but Carl handled it like a champ. Such a great guy! Thanks Again Sarena Walker More
My wife & I; went to buy a new car for her. We couldn't get anyone to call us back so we went to the dealer to see what they had. They had just what we wanted which made my wife very happy. She and I had just lost our 22 year old daughter and she has ADHD so I tried to take care of the negotiating for her. Once confirming the deal I went to the restoom at which point Slyvester asked her to sign a few papers to get the deal going. One of which said the car did not have the 17" alloy wheels and tires, the other to pull our credit score. Not knowing what an alloy was she consented but forgot to mention to me what had just taken place. We made the deal, only for me to find out later after looking at the sticker that comes with the car, it did not have the 17' alloy wheels but 15" steel rims instead. The next day I went to the dealer and asked what was up. They laughed and told me she had signed a paper and it was too bad. Rather than go to jail i left. A few days later I returned to talk to the new car sales manager, Victor Hannania and was told, yes he was sorry it happened but there was nothing they would do. Its taken a month now for me to get thier attention but it looks like maybe we can finally get the car buffed out, the owners manuals, the free XM subscription restored and the tpms system working. It appears they will do nothing about the wheels so i suggest you be carfull who you deal with. The sales manager is trying to work things out now which i can only hope for the best. If I had it to do over I wish i had gove somwhere else. More

We went on line to find a new car, and started exchanging e-mails with Carl Morgan. By 9/1/2011 we decided to take a check ride in the Elantra and Sonata. When we arrive Brandon Baker was there to help with the test drives. (Carls day off). We were very pleased with the vehicles and the service. Thankfully Brandon and Carl were on the same team. We liked both but had started the process with Carl, so this made it easier on us. A few days later and a lot more on-line and physical research. We returned to Hyundai of Orange Park,Fl.this time to let my Husband test drive the same two cars. We left that day in a 2012 Sonata. We liked working with Carl and Bradon so much that we were willing to wait for them to help us. Found out that Brandon was now in the finance department, and that led us to Tony Gonzalea,finance mangager. The experience was made as simple and painless as possible. When we left we felt like family. If you want to by a Huyndai, Orange Park Florida is the place to go. If you like being treated well while in the process of making this decision, its the best. Our family has purchased over 5 vehicles from this dealer. The customer service in sales and in financing is second to none. The service department is terrible. I owned a 2008 Hyundai Elantra before I traded it in this past Saturday for a 2012 Hyundai Elantra. Anytime I would bring my car in for service, I was treated like hired help. I did not appreciate it considering that my family has purchased so many cars from this dealer. With that said, to clarify, I would recommend this dealer for sales, but not for service. More
Carl was a great dealer to work with. He was relaxed, and not pushy,exactly what my aunt and I needed when selecting a new car.
