We had been looking to replace my vehicle for some time and when we walked into the dealership we felt no pressure and were treated like they knew us forever...we had so many high pressure salespeople at o and when we walked into the dealership we felt no pressure and were treated like they knew us forever...we had so many high pressure salespeople at other dealers and we were happy that was not the case here...just plain helpful and honest...Chuck was so awesome...he helped me get the exact vehicle I was comfortable with and was very informative with setting up the bluetooth and explaining all the features....we LOVE Chuck Boggs!!!! We found ourselves in need of a car after ours was totaled in an accident. Of course the car was sold, and the local dealership couldn’t do much to find a similar model. We called around, and OP Hyundai went through a lot of effort to locate the exact model we wanted, and have it sent to their location. We did a TON of research and planning ahead of time, so we had a good idea of what to expect. The pricing was right in line with our research, and we felt that we were being treated on the up and up. What impressed me was that they pretty much accepted our counter offer. Even better, they managed to offer us a better APR than the one we had received, the one were happy with. SO, we were even happier. The overall experience was incredible for the LACK of pressure and stress that we experienced. Afterward, we were given a full review of the functions of the car, and plenty of time was spent with us to be sure we were ready to pull safely out onto the highway. Why can’t buying a car always be like this? More
As a single mom who had never bought a new car, I was at a loss as to how to go about doing so. When my yoga teacher mentioned she purchased a Hyundai Accent for her son and was very pleased, I went online and requested information on the 2012 Accent. Within a few minutes there was a response to my email with an invitation to take a test drive, and shortly after Alan Rawls left a voice mail asking how he could help. We made an appointment for a meeting and a test drive on a Saturday, and Alan encouraged me to call him with any questions in the meantime. The following Saturday I met with Alan, who was wonderful. Knowing my main concern was safety, he pointed out all the safety features in the Accent, and also the included warranty which was a safeguard against unexpected expenses. It only took a few minutes of a test drive to know this was the car I wanted for my daughter. Upon our return we went into Alan's office, and since I was trying to decide between a lease and a purchase, Steve Fineran came in to explain the differences. He took about an hour and a half to explain all the pros and cons of leasing versus purchasing, and was very patient understanding this was all very new to me. I finally decided on a purchase, and Alan and I made an appointment for the car pickup on a Wednesday evening. Again he encouraged me to call him if there was anything I needed. In addition, he would work on finding the dark blue color my daughter wanted for her Accent. A few days before picking up the car, I was dropping off some financial documents over the weekend, and stopped by the dealership looking for Alan, who was helping another customer at the time. The sales manager was very attentive, assured me the documents would get to Alan, and gave me his business card in case there was anything I needed in the meantime. It became obvious at this point that everyone in the dealership worked together, and the ultimate goal was superior customer service. The evening set aside for signing and picking up the car was a busy one for the dealership, as many customers were finalizing their purchases that night. Alan had found the dark blue Accent for us, which made me really happy on top of everything else he had done. The sales manager went over several documents with me, explaining each one before I signed them. It was all a very smooth and easy process, and then Tony Gonzalez in the financing department helped me with the rest of the paperwork. Tony went above and beyond in helping me transfer the tag to save me money, patiently explained gap insurance and the importance of it, and also gave me his business card and encouraged me to call if there were any questions. Tony was knowledgeable, efficient, and patient, and before long all of the paperwork was finished. It was close to midnight due to the heavy volume of customers and the fact that I had arrived to the dealership later than planned, but this did not bother either Alan, Tony, or the sales manager, who despite the late hour took their time with everything from showing me features on the dark blue Accent to explaining all the documents to me. After everything was done, there was the predicament of how to get my own vehicle to my home, and my daughter's new Accent as well. At midnight, Alan and the sales manager drove the new Accent to my home, saving me the trouble of having to find someone to help me with this the next day. The customer service at Hyundai of Orange Park was, from the very beginning to the end of the sale, absolutely superior. The courtesy that accompanied the entire process was above and beyond what I would have ever expected, and the experience was easy and stress free. I will be returning to Hyundai of Orange Park for our future car buying needs, and will be recommending this dealership to my friends. This was one of the best car buying experiences that I can remember. I usually look forward to shopping for a car with the same enthusiasm that I have when I know I need to see a dentist. He was knowledgeable about the features of the car and was able to communicate that information to us in a way that actually made the decision very simple. He not only showed us the right car but he actually took the time to help me become more familiar with the dash displays and other features. Ray was patient and even set up my wife's phone with the Bluetooth technology so that we were able to call our daughter with the car. He was helpful when we realized that we forgot our garage door opener and helped us retrieve it the next day while he was off with the help of some of his coworkers, Sylvester and Chris. I even enjoyed meeting the finance guy, Jeff. A very positive experience! More
