Enjoyed the no hassle, low pressure technique that Philip Martin used at Hyundai of OP employed, not common by many other sales lots. I would advise to discourage this tactic as I believe many others feel the same. Philip knows his business and he took very good care to meet all my needs. He appeared to be the youngest salesman on the lot and should be envied by all the others. Since Jack Hanania Automotive Family of Dealerships includes Orange Park Mitsubishi, Acura of Orange Park, Audi Jacksonville, Hyundai of Orange Park and Volkswagen of Orange Park, wouldn't it be more advantageous for all these dealerships to be under one roof with one policy and one sales technique? Why isn't the customer getting this advantage of the combined dealerships? I am a repeat Hyundai of Orange Park customer, I would recommend this dealership and my salesman to others and have done so. My past experience with the Service Department was excellent as well. More
I have been to many car dealers over the years and did not expect anything different this time. My expectation was wrong. I have never been a Hyundai owner before and prior to going to Hyundai of Orange Park dealership I did some research on different models of their products. Mr. Rawling answered all my questions and did not try by any means to push me in any direction and showed a very high level of knowledge and professionalism. After the purchase of a vehicle he has stayed in touch with me to make sure everything was in order an that the electronic system worked properly. I would not hesitate at all recommending this dealership to my friends and I would tell them to ask for Mr. Allen Rawling. Thank you for a great shopping experience. Personnel at the dealership absolutely do not return phone calls until many repeat calls are received from the customer. I had this communication problem with finance and service personnel . I was told when I bought my new Genisis that someone, can't remember the name, would call and set an appointment to have the service one of my packages provided. That didn't happen and it took me probably 15 phone calls, leaving a message each time, to finally get the work scheduled. I think customer service after the sale is terrible!! You really need to put a lot of emphasis on this. On the bright side I think your service department does very good work. More
