I found a very professional and clean all indoor showroom full of beautiful cars, all of which were hand selected gems. After careful evaluation, we chose the 2013 Elantra Limited edition. The entire Hyundai of Orange Park staff is highly knowledgeable about each car in their inventory and never pressures you to buy one model over another, which is truly refreshing. With our particular purchase, we found their price of the car to be the best deal than we could find anywhere else --unbelievable! What sealed the deal was the awesome trade-in allowance they offered me on my Toyota Prius which was more than any other dealer had offered me (Thanks Victor!). Simply put, Hyundai of Orange Park offers the best selection, price, and customer service you will find. In fact, if you don’t find exactly what you are looking for, just tell Kelton or Victor what you want and he will try to find it for you. My experience at Hyundai of Orange Park has been nothing short of anything but a great experience. I bought my first Hyundai here, it was a 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe and I loved every minute of driving that car short of anything but a great experience. The staff was very friendly and worked to get me the best deal on the SUV and I drove away a very happy customer. Now, a few years later I've come back to Hyundai of Orange Park in search for a Sonata. I was actually looking for a lightly used Sonata, but the Sylvester was able to work me out a deal on a brand new 2013 Sonata for a better price than a used model. And here is the kicker, after leaving the dealership, not even 3 miles away, a dump truck threw two huge rocks at my car. One of which put a nice inch long chip in my hood. I have a black Sonata, so the chip was very noticeable on the hood. I called the dealership right away and they said to bring it back the next day to see what we can do. The next day, they took the keys to my car and put me in another Sonata to drive to my hearts content until they could hopefully fix my hood. Two days later, I received a text saying my car was ready and I could pick it up any time. Looks like it was never even touched by a rock. And they did all of this as a favor for me. I owe a huge debt of gratitude to this dealership and everyone that I have worked with. Sylvester, Kelton, Victor, Greg, you've all been amazing. I've felt welcome just as if I was family every time I've visited the dealership and am so glad I purchased my second vehicle with you guys. Keep up the good work and tremendous customer service! I've taken my Santa Fe to the service dept. on several occasions. Raymond is a total jerk who gives me and my wife the cold shoulder everytime. He acts like he does not care to help us. She is the wrong person for that type of job. I have been statisfied with my Santa Fe, but not pleased with their service dept. We are due for a new car, so we have made the decision to not go with a Hyundai because of the reasons listed above. We hate it because we love our Santa Fe so much, but we just can't take it anymore. More
Worst experience ever! After leasing a 2013 Veloster, took them 3 months to tell me that the financing did not go thru. Car was returned in perfect condition, within the miles allowed for the period of t took them 3 months to tell me that the financing did not go thru. Car was returned in perfect condition, within the miles allowed for the period of time used, now they are refusing to refund my deposit as specified in their contract. No one is willing to give me an answer, nobody picks up the phone or return my phone call with an explanation. Lousy customer service! Wont recommend it to my worst enemy! Virginia More

Also whenever I come in for a quetion about my he does not hesitate to come personally greet me or my wife to answer our question ,pr Hyundai Sonata. I'm not happy with how the sales manager, Victor, treated me when my car was at body shop. Seemed he didn't want my business when we talked on the phone. He didn't try to make an effort to make me happy whil me when my car was at body shop. Seemed he didn't want my business when we talked on the phone. He didn't try to make an effort to make me happy while the car was taking a long time at the shop. I told him that I was so upset to the point to just return the car and he simply said, "if that's what you want to do sir, go right ahead" he even said it wasn't his job to know the progress of my car, while Sylvester was in the hospital being with his mother. He is his boss, so while he is out he should try to see where he could help Sylvester. He made me feel my business wasn't important and that he didn't really care. I know he's the brother of the owner of the dealership, and I feel he will never reach a GM status with that attitude and ethics. I appreciate tony, the GM, to go out of his busy schedule and took real good care of me. It's funny that the GM does Victor's job way better on top off all the other stuff that is piled on him. More
