I was looking to trade my SUV for a new car to help on fuel cost. I test drove the new 2013 Elantra and loved the way it handled on the road. Roseman (sales person) was always available to answer questions. Steve (used car manager) was able to give me an excellent price on my trade to make the deal possible. Working with the customer is this teams TOP priority to make sure the customer is COMPLETELY SATISFIED!!!!! Even when I changed my mind many times during the buying experience the team just wanted me to be happy with my purchase, no high pressure. I felt like it wasn't about moving a car it was about my happiness with the purchase. This is our second Hyundai purchase and the Accent we own has been a top notch vehicle for our daughter. I have been on the search for a quality used vehical for a while now. I am a single mom, work full time, have my own cosmetology business, and for some reason have gotten the run around from every dealersh a while now. Normally, I do not like to go through the car buying process because it is a long, drawn-out process and I am usually not too satisfied with the deal I receive or with the salesperson. With our particular purchase, we found their price of the car to be the best deal than we could find anywhere else --unbelievable! My experience at Hyundai of Orange Park has been nothing short of anything but a great experience. I bought my first Hyundai here, it was a 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe and I loved every minute of driving that car short of anything but a great experience. The staff was very friendly and worked to get me the best deal on the SUV and I drove away a very happy customer. Now, a few years later I've come back to Hyundai of Orange Park in search for a Sonata. I was actually looking for a lightly used Sonata, but the Sylvester was able to work me out a deal on a brand new 2013 Sonata for a better price than a used model. And here is the kicker, after leaving the dealership, not even 3 miles away, a dump truck threw two huge rocks at my car. One of which put a nice inch long chip in my hood. I have a black Sonata, so the chip was very noticeable on the hood. I called the dealership right away and they said to bring it back the next day to see what we can do. The next day, they took the keys to my car and put me in another Sonata to drive to my hearts content until they could hopefully fix my hood. Two days later, I received a text saying my car was ready and I could pick it up any time. Looks like it was never even touched by a rock. And they did all of this as a favor for me. I owe a huge debt of gratitude to this dealership and everyone that I have worked with. Sylvester, Kelton, Victor, Greg, you've all been amazing. I've felt welcome just as if I was family every time I've visited the dealership and am so glad I purchased my second vehicle with you guys. Keep up the good work and tremendous customer service!
