Hyundai of Orange Park

Went to Orange Park Hyundai because we purchased our 2007 Santa Fe there in 2008 and liked it so well decided to stay with Hyundai. We were looking to trade in for another used but, when we went Darryl show Santa Fe there in 2008 and liked it so well decided to stay with Hyundai. We were looking to trade in for another used but, when we went Darryl showed us that we could buy brand new for what we would have in used except we would get full benefits of the new car warranty. My husband has never had a new car so this really pleased him. Darryl was very caring and sold us not just to make a sale but to help our situation. We bought a 2013 Sonata for a little more on monthly payments so I am little nervous about that but the gas mileage should help a lot with that. I would definitely recommend Hyundai of Orange Park and Darryl Carter. Darryl even took the time to explain everything about the car to us and program my phone for Bluetooth when he could have taken off and gone to another sale. He is a wonderful person and we will be returning to Hyundai of Orange Park and hopefully Darryl will still be there. More

We were there to look at a new car for my son.We were in the showroom lot outside for 30 minutes. No one came to greet us in 30 minutes.I saw the salesman that I bought my 2011 Elantra from but was waiting the showroom lot outside for 30 minutes. Still,no one greeted us or asked if we needed any help. We left in disgust and went to the Hyundai dealership on Casset and bought a 2013 Veloster. More

Roseman (sales person) was always available to answer questions. Steve (used car manager) was able to give me an excellent price on my trade to make the deal possible. Working with the customer is this teams TOP priority to make sure the customer is COMPLETELY SATISFIED!!!!! Even when I changed my mind many times during the buying experience the team just wanted me to be happy with my purchase, no high pressure. I felt like it wasn't about moving a car it was about my happiness with the purchase. This is our second Hyundai purchase and the Accent we own has been a top notch vehicle for our daughter. I have been on the search for a quality used vehical for a while now. I am a single mom, work full time, have my own cosmetology business, and for some reason have gotten the run around from every dealersh a while now. Normally, I do not like to go through the car buying process because it is a long, drawn-out process and I am usually not too satisfied with the deal I receive or with the salesperson.
