Pleasure and Pain.. Nearly 3 weeks after driving away with a 2015, the 2011 trade in has not been paid off. The DD-214 I gave up has been misplaced. SERVICE Went in for a "once-over" before I go on a road trip. Of course the news was bad, to the tune of $600+. However, this is the first work my 2007 Sant Went in for a "once-over" before I go on a road trip. Of course the news was bad, to the tune of $600+. However, this is the first work my 2007 Santa Fe has required since I bought it new. Sherman Cooper was our service guy, the bearer of bad news, but he explained everything in detail, checked with our extended warranty to see if any of the repairs were covered (of course they weren't). With all that said, the several times Sherman has been our service rep, his customer service was above and beyond what I've experienced in the past and actually more than I expected. He should be the training model for Hyundai service!!! Thanks! One last thing, the customer service waiting area needs upgrading. LOUSY CHAIRS and terrible magazine selection... More

TERRIFIC DEALERSHIP I bought my Elantra a couple of years ago and since then I have had the absolute BEST experiences when I go to the dealership or even when I just call I bought my Elantra a couple of years ago and since then I have had the absolute BEST experiences when I go to the dealership or even when I just call in. I don't even live near the dealership but it doesn't matter because I will drive to wherever they are. I pass 2 other Hyundai dealerships just to go to Hyundai of Orange Park. ALL OF THE STAFF is always eager to help you with whatever you need. From the smallest things to the larger ones, they make you feel like you're part of their family. Not like an inconvenience, like a few other places around Jacksonville. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else! Love everyone there!!! More

Some difficulty communicating, but good work Meghan (forgot last name) was manning the service center when I went in on a Sunday for an oil change. It could be that I'm used to more personal service, but every time I go in to this dealership, not a single person asks for my name. They just take my keys and go. They don't even write down the services I request or provide any sort of written estimate. It's always, "Are you waiting or dropping off?" Then they take down a phone number and turn to the next customer. It's a little disconcerting. Like, I said, I could just be sensitive. My experience with other service centers is much less rushed, and they write down everything they intend to do for my vehicle before presenting the estimate for my signature. Only then do they request the keys. In regards to Meghan, she greeted me right away, which was nice, but didn't ask for my name or give me a time estimate. She also didn't call when my car was finished, even though they were closing soon. This is now what I've come to expect. Whoever changed my oil and washed my car did a fine job. More

Drove two options (with Kelton giving an AMAZING compare/contrast as we rode) and picked the one I wanted. While I was testing vehicles, my trade in was appraised and the rest was a piece of cake! We actually spent 95% of the time talking kids and life. Honestly, there was no negotiating, price was spot on!! OP Hyundai has earned my business and recommendation to others. Great group of guys, left happy. When I went back to finalize purchase, total time spent with Greg was 64 minutes... someone call Guinness, just sayin'! I had been to 4 different Hyundai dealerships (including location where I purchased my 2012 Sonata) and couldn't make anything work... saw an ad in the MINT magazine, I'm a happy camper. More
