TERRIFIC DEALERSHIP I bought my Elantra a couple of years ago and since then I have had the absolute BEST experiences when I go to the dealership or even when I just call I bought my Elantra a couple of years ago and since then I have had the absolute BEST experiences when I go to the dealership or even when I just call in. I don't even live near the dealership but it doesn't matter because I will drive to wherever they are. I pass 2 other Hyundai dealerships just to go to Hyundai of Orange Park. ALL OF THE STAFF is always eager to help you with whatever you need. From the smallest things to the larger ones, they make you feel like you're part of their family. Not like an inconvenience, like a few other places around Jacksonville. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else! Love everyone there!!! More

Some difficulty communicating, but good work Meghan (forgot last name) was manning the service center when I went in on a Sunday for an oil change. It could be that I'm used to more personal service, but every time I go in to this dealership, not a single person asks for my name. They just take my keys and go. They don't even write down the services I request or provide any sort of written estimate. It's always, "Are you waiting or dropping off?" Then they take down a phone number and turn to the next customer. It's a little disconcerting. Like, I said, I could just be sensitive. My experience with other service centers is much less rushed, and they write down everything they intend to do for my vehicle before presenting the estimate for my signature. Only then do they request the keys. In regards to Meghan, she greeted me right away, which was nice, but didn't ask for my name or give me a time estimate. She also didn't call when my car was finished, even though they were closing soon. This is now what I've come to expect. Whoever changed my oil and washed my car did a fine job. More

Great group of guys, left happy. When I went back to finalize purchase, total time spent with Greg was 64 minutes... someone call Guinness, just sayin'! I love my immaculate, certified used car I had two cars in mind when I went into the dealership - a Hyndai Sonata (2013) and a Hyndai Santa Fe (2012). I copied down Internet pricing and stoc I had two cars in mind when I went into the dealership - a Hyndai Sonata (2013) and a Hyndai Santa Fe (2012). I copied down Internet pricing and stock numbers and went to the dealership. We parked outside the gate in a grassy area. The first car I walked up to, which was sitting almost right in front of us was the Santa Fe. It looked brand new and was immaculate. At this point I didn't really care to find the Sonata. Bottom line - Carl got the keys. We drove it - loved it. Carl made it happen with our budget and finance person (wish I had his name) got us the best rate and payment.
