I was told exactly what would happen, how long it would take and was given a courtesy car at her suggestion. My experience was seemless, no problems what so ever. Worst dealership experience EVER! Three weeks AFTER we purchased a vehicle we received a call from our salesman stating that we had to RETURN it!!! After staying until nearly 11:00 on Three weeks AFTER we purchased a vehicle we received a call from our salesman stating that we had to RETURN it!!! After staying until nearly 11:00 on a Saturday night to meet with the finance department and sign all of the paperwork, it turns out that the deal fell through and the vehicle that we were told was ours, that everything was finalized and a done deal, was in fact NOT true! As the weeks passed, we realized that we hadn’t yet received word on which bank was purchasing our loan and we hadn’t received any information about who to make our upcoming car payment to, so we called the finance department a couple of times just to make sure that everything was fine and just to see what was going on, what the holdup was. Both times we called, we were assured that everything was fine, that they had just been very busy, but not to worry about anything because the deal had been finalized. We even spoke with Wells Fargo on the phone and they confirmed that they were purchasing our loan from Hyundai of Orange Park. So needless to say, we were beside ourselves when we received a call stating that the deal fell through and that we had to return the vehicle that we had just purchased, the vehicle that we had been driving around for 3 weeks, the vehicle in which we were getting ready to make our first car payment on within a week of two! We even received a letter in the mail from Wells Fargo stating that they had agreed to buy our loan from Hyundai of OP, but not at the rate and terms that we had agreed on (and signed paperwork for) with the dealership. The dealership tried to “fix” their mistake by then offering us a new deal (I use that term VERY lightly) on the same vehicle at a MUCH, MUCH higher rate. That was their take on “helping us out” and making sure that we were going to get the vehicle that we wanted. In my opinion, the lack of communication and the lack of correct, HONEST, information is the fault of the dealership and we will NEVER do business with them again and we highly encourage anyone who is in the market for a Hyundai to drive the few extra miles across town and visit Key Hyundai of Jacksonville. I’ve purchased 3 Hyundai’s with them over the years and made a HUGE mistake in not going back to them last month; a mistake in which I will never make again. My entire family drives a Hyundai (seriously, we all do) and we will NEVER return to Hyundai of OP. You just don’t treat customers the way in which they treated us. We’re extremely disappointed. More

SERVICE Went in for a "once-over" before I go on a road trip. Of course the news was bad, to the tune of $600+. However, this is the first work my 2007 Santa Fe has required since I bought it new. Sherman Cooper was our service guy, the bearer of bad news, but he explained everything in detail, checked with our extended warranty to see if any of the repairs were covered (of course they weren't). With all that said, the several times Sherman has been our service rep, his customer service was above and beyond what I've experienced in the past and actually more than I expected. He should be the training model for Hyundai service!!! Thanks! One last thing, the customer service waiting area needs upgrading. LOUSY CHAIRS and terrible magazine selection... More
