refunds warranty I have been waiting almost 6 months for an extended warranty to be credited to my loan. I cancelled in 3 days. They lost it. 2 months later I tried again. 2 months after that the "Easycare Co" issued a check to dealership. Now it is 6 weeks later and still not credited to loan. Because of the delay, EasyCare issued a check for 97% of what I paid. I also paid interest on the loan for this warranty. They cannot handle this paperwork, How bad is service and sales paperwork? More

Key Issue Fred helped me with my purchase of a beautiful 12 Toyota Camry in April 2018. Approx. 2 weks afterward, I took the car to a locksmith because I was only given 1 key at the time of purchase and I like having a spare key. The key fits the ignition but it will not fit the car door (which means if anything ever happens to the remote, I will not be able to get into my car). This info was not disclosed at the time of purchase. I called the guy who sold me those extra plans and explained to him what happened. He told me he would take care of it but it will take him about 2 weeks to get the parts. I purchase approx. 3 of those extended plans costing an additional $5000, which I was told would cover almost everything that would go wrong with the car. Fast forward almost a year later and nothing has been done. I cant even get in touch with this guy. So I decided to call EASY CARE to see if I can get it replaced through one of the plans I purchased for $5000 and I was told that they couldnt help me because I only received 1 key not 2 keys. What kind of #@I! is that? If you buy a car from this place be sure you check EVERYTHING and NEVER buy those extended plans. It will cost me $245 for the locksmith to change the doorlocks and sync everything to 2 keys that works the way it should. UPDATE - 1 month later I was contacted by Brent, after I posted this review on Google Maps. He said , "Let me speak with a couple of my toyota friends and see what can be done or what they would recommend." (Exact words) Well, they must have recommended to do nothing because NOTHING has been done yet. Its doorlock and key replacement, not engine replacement. Is there anything simpler that could go wrong and take over a year to NOT get fixed? LEGAL SCAM ARTISTS!!! BUYER BEWARE More

While the initial car-buying experience was fine, Hyundai of North Charleston has failed to follow through on their we-owe agreement after two months. When I purchased my car, an interior door handle was broken. No problem, they agreed to fix it and signed a we-owe agreement. I was told that they would reach out to me when the part came in. After two weeks, I gave them a call because I had not heard anything, and they told me that in order to replace the part, they would need to do a bit more work and would get back to me. I attempted calling back several times over the course of the next few weeks, and got told by the receptionists (who were all very polite and tried to help) that my calls would be returned as soon as possible. I never heard back. Finally, last week I tried calling yet again, and was told that the part needed to fix my car had arrived! I was excited that after two months, my car would finally have the interior door handle I had been waiting for. I took the afternoon off of work, came in only to discover that the part that had came in was for the wrong trim, and would not fit on my car. The associate I had been working with, Fred, promised me that he would reach out to me next week to let me know that the correct part had been ordered. Well, it's another week later, and yet again I have not not heard a thing. I can't remember the name of the sales manager I worked with when I initially bought the car, but he hasn't reached out to me either. Frankly, this is getting tiresome. I just want the door handle in my car fixed, as was promised and agreed upon at the time of purchase. I have been patient, and after two months my patience has run dry. More

1st 2018 Hyundai Kona Owner in Charleston, SC Met with a high school classmate and friend, Daron Fleming after he was aware of my accident which totaled my car. He introduced me to Tracy Jones t Met with a high school classmate and friend, Daron Fleming after he was aware of my accident which totaled my car. He introduced me to Tracy Jones to assist because I leaning towards a PreOwned...but after doing some more research, I decided to buy a new vehicle. Brent assisted me after I applied online credit app. And got back in touch with Tracy, he told me about the new SUV that recently came out Hyundai Kona. I googled it and was pleased and in my price range. Tracy informed me he was heading out of town the same time I was committed to buying my car and was sent to Lisa on the New car side to assist and finishedup the transaction. Lisa offered to come by my house just so I could look at the car and being that I had my 3 year old already in bed that evening, it was perfect. Gave me a chance to look at the car and test drive it a little and still was able to think about it overnight. Met Steve and Harris towards the end of my transaction. There was a miscommunication in the price, but we gotten it all straightened out. People make mistakes, but definitely give chances for them to correct them :) Ended up still leaving a happy customer. And now I'm a new 2018 Hyunday Kona owner. 1st in the Tricounty!
