I admit I wasn't sold on a Hyundai before I went to this dealership. I really thought we would rule it out and then head over to Honda. Our sales person, Sandy Taylor, was both professional and knowledgeable. On top of that she wasn't pushy. Tony Sporevo was another person we thought deserved kudos. Really, the entire crew was great. Crazily, I a high rating: Truthfully...A few months ago my 2000 Mercedes stopped working and it was getting too expensive for me to keep fixing. Crazily, I had never purchased a car on my own and listening to other's experiences made nervous. I began to look and was somewhat uncertain that I could get help. I had seen the Rick Hendricks commercials and driven by them several times. However, my confidence lacked because of my circumstances and so, I did not stop. Things were a little different a month ago and considering everything that I was faced with; I had to at least try, so I step out on faith. It was early morning and I did not even think the dealership was open. However, as soon as I got out of the car a sweet woman came out to welcome me. She introduced herself and said her name was Courtney Bridges. She was quite pleasant, sweet, and professional and she catered to me very well. She was neither pushy nor aggressive in anyway but, informative. I was somewhat impressed because this little lady knew her stuff about cars. When I explained my ordeal about never owning a car she was sympathetic and explained their process. She then helped me get over my “first time buyers-I don’t think I qualify fears” and gently ‘encouraged’ me to at least try. I sat down with her and she was completely thorough in explaining every little detail and why. Then I was taken over to finance and introduced to a gentleman by the name of Tommy Haskell. I can’t begin to testify and tell you the amount of time, effort and care Mr. Haskell spent in helping me. They really wanted to help me! It was amazing watching them work hard to put me in a car liked. After much hard work and dedication from Hendrick Hyundai North, I am now the proud owner of my first vehicle. Yea!!!!! Can we say thank you God! It is truly mine by his grace and Hendrick Hyundai's awesome dedicated team. ”Yes! Once complete, he helped me transfer my belongings from my old car and showed me about my new one. Finally, he completed the process by taking and introducing me to the service department. I really appreciate Sal working with me during the negotiations on price and financing. Very professional, courteous, and friendly. Tony Sprovero was great with finalizing the financing and additional warranty / product care / etc. All were great!!! Thank you. More
We communicated with Courtney via the internet. She responded quickly and efficently. She found the exact car we were looking for. She had it all ready for us to view when we arrived. Everything was explained to us as far a how everything worked, she even got our phones in sinc with the blue toothe. Buying a car is not my favorite thing to do. We usally get sales people who will say anything they think will sell the car. Having done some research on the Sonata, we found Courtney to be well educated on the car and it's safety ratings etc.......... We couldn't have had a nicer experience. More
