We had a really great experience at Hendrick Hyundai North! We first spoke with Rocco about a car we saw online and he was really knowledgable and very helpful. We then decided to go take a look but were interested in a vehicle that was at another site. Shon went out of his way to help us transer a car and even though we ended up not purchasing that vehicle, he stuck with us and helped us find the right car. We found a slightly used Sonata and then worked with Tony in the finance department. Tony was fantastic! He worked with us until we were completely happy with every aspect of the financing and the optional protection programs we purchased. He was very easy to work with and obviously knowledgable about the industry. The car buying process is not fun, but everyone at Hendrick Hyundai North made it as painless as I think it could ever be. I will definitely be back in the future and I will recommend them to my friends. We are very pleased with the vehicle we purchased--we feel it was a great value! More

From past experiences purchasing new vehicles has been somewhat of a nightmare not a pleasurable experience as you would expect. Bob Flynn (new member of the Hyundai Team) greeted us in a friendly manner and listened to what it was we were looking for. Unfortunately, the model we were interested in was not available for a test drive but we went out in the next 'best one' that was. On our return to the dealership we were introduced to Troy White who was working alongside Bob Flynn. A test drive of the vehicle we were interested in was arranged for the next day. After the drive it was decided that would be the car! The exact model color was not available and we were prepared to wait if one could be found. Bob, Troy and other members of the dealership went to extraodinary lengths to find the car we wanted. At no time did they try and persuade us to move in a different direction. After 3 days a car was located and delivered to the dealership. Bob and Troy both worked hard to get us what we wanted and within our budget. Thanks guys. A great experience anlongside a great car. Carmen was fantastic! Careful, Tony will try to tack on about 3% to your interest rate. Be sure you know your credit score going in and what rates are available to you for that score. I came to negotiate the deal for my partner who was in need of a new car, but works crazy hours. He came in to sign the papers. Overall, it was fairly painless, and I am glad I was able to "buy local" rather than drive all over South Carolina looking for the right deal. I was prepared to do just that, so Hendrick definitely won a customer that day. Our overall customer satisfaction rating was given mainly due to Carmen's friendliness, honesty and compassion. She laid everything out on the table and said what might or might not be possible. She didn't bother with a lot of back and forth negotiations with the "Sales Manager", a tactic I despise. In fact, I think she only went to speak with him twice. I will say he was a little heavy-handed and had to follow me out the door to seal the deal, but I am sure he needed to meet his walking price as well. We ended up purchasing a 2009 Scion xD with relatively low mileage. The car was in great shape, is still driving like a dream, and overall, we are 100% satisfied with our purchase. More

He wasn't "pushy" at all and that's ultimately the reason I chose to buy a car at this dealership. I went to other dealerships before coming here and dealing with the sales people was a complete turn-off because of their "pushy" approach. Rocco seemed to genuinely care about what I liked, what would work for me and my family and did an excellent job in finding the perfect car for me! I am super picky so I know this wasn’t an easy task; Rocco didn’t care at all, he took the time and made the effort! :) The financing department was also wonderful! I will recommend this dealership, and the people I worked with while at the dealership, to all my friends and family looking to buy a new car! Thanks guys for making it happen!! :) I love it! More

When I walked on the lot no one knew that I had spent the last 2 years with tears in my eyes. First no air conditioning, and later no heat. My children and I would ride with sweat running down our faces by the time we reached our destination. My children and I would wear extra items to be warm in the winter. When I went to another dealer and told him I was looking for an entry level car, safe, heat and air less than $15,000. That person put me in one of their most expensive car. I was so angry. I gave up. Then one day I decided to try again: Troy greeted me and allowed me to express my needs. He reassured me that he will assist me in anyway possible. He understood that I needed to restart my life and rebuild my credit. He treated me like I was a part of his personal family. I was approved!!! We are so happy, safe, warm and cool! :) Thanks a billion Troy & Team. More
