Esteban- He is the reason I am writing this review. Several times in the past when I have purchased a vehicle I am told that when I bring it in, I will get a free detail for the vehicle. It always, at best, turns out to be a cleaning. Always the service department asks for a WIO and always the salesman cannot recall his promise and they just clean it after more discussion. Esteban backed up what he said and I will always recommend this dealership or him because of his honor. More

My husband and I were out looking for a new car and I was very nervous about the entire process. We met with Jesse Jennings for over 4 hours of his time and he stayed with us to finalize paper work well after the dealership had closed its doors. He was never pushy or showed impatience, he did the exact opposite and was extremely nice and friendly which put us at ease immediately. He went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with his performance and services. He even called us the next day to make sure we were enjoying the car and if we had any questions about the audio equipment installed in the vehicle. Jesse was the complete opposite in personality of every other car sales man I have ever met. I would recommend him to absolutely anyone! We met with Tony Sprovero to finalize the finance side of things and he was also very friendly and helpful. By far the best car buying experience ever. I spent the better part of my day looking for the car that would satisfy my wife's needs and expectations for communiting around town, to and from work. Upon arriving to the dealership I was greeted by Jesse, who introduced himself and knew what to ask, directed me to the car which matched my desires. He introduced me to the manager, after we test drove 3 different cars and came to the conclusion of which model suited our needs. He was methodical, well versed in all models and provided me with an efficient routine. He perceived my low tolerance for double talk and shenanigans and we were down to business and tackled the nut and bolts of the deal within 30 after my arrival. The manager allowed me to take a model home, which my wife changed altogether the next morning. We returned, decided on a different car, received the bottom line in an hour after arriving. The longest part of the deal was waiting on the paperwork to be printed, but even then Jesse remained on site ensuring our comfort, simultaneously ensuring the vehicle chosen was ready for delivery and took the time to explain every detail and option to us, leaving no question unanswered. Purchased a limited Elantra, and very happy with the car. All in all the best experience ever and I have purchased BMWs, Lexus and numerous other. The car is sporty, intelligent, and solidly built. 10 for 10. Happy customer. More

I'd gone to five other dealerships before I went to Hendrick Hyundai, and by the time I got there my hopes of getting a car in my price range were pretty slim. I'd seen five other dealers who didn't care at all about what I was looking for or could afford, they were slimy people only concerned with making a sale whether or not the person wanted the car. After just a few minutes of talking with Bernie, I was sure I was going to buy a car from him just because he was actually willing to offer me something I could afford and wasn't trying to rip me off. After coming back a few times to check out a car, I bought an old civic from him. I don't know if I would have ended up getting a car from a dealership if it weren't for him. After dealing with all the other dealerships in the area, it was a huge relief to someone that was not only a decent human being, but a really nice one at that. I you're looking for a car, used or new, and are tired of talking to salesmen that only care about making money, go talk to Bernie, even if you don't end up buying a car, you'll at least have a pleasant conversation.
