This was the absolute best new-car buying experience I have ever had, and I have bought quite a few new cars in the past. Our salesman, Troy White, was wonderful right from the start. He was friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy or overly aggressive. When I encounter an aggressive sales person, I normally just leave. But Troy made the experience just great and very easy. He explained all the features of the Santa Fe that I was interested in and had a thorough knowledge of the car. Once the initial paperwork was done, he introduced us to Tony Sprovero, who guided us through the financing process. Again, Tony too was great. He worked with us, figuring different options to get us to a manageable monthly payment. I can't say enough good things about Rick Hendrick Hyundai North. We look forward to an ongoing relationship with them. More

He was professional but added an element of FUN and COMFORT to the whole experience. I had a great time with Him and the Manager Sal. At no time did I feel pressured or Manipulated. I know this sounds fluffy but Jesse Made me feel more like a friend than a Customer and I was very impressed with his Job Knowledge. Of course he Paid me One Million Dollars to write a good review which was great cause I was able to get those car mats I wanted Ok Just kidding again. But that was the main theme of My Experience there it was light and Casual with no stress at all.
