I just bought a 2012 Hyundai Veloster from Jesse and I have to say I was very surprised by the experience. Normally when I walk into a dealership I expect to go do battle against the salesman over pricing have to say I was very surprised by the experience. However, when I went to Hendrick, Jesse came over and was very friendly and low pressure. He did not try to talk me into buying anything, instead insisting that I would buy a car if it was right for me. After looking at the Velosters, I decided to trade my 2010 Mazdaspeed 3 for one. They made me a very strong offer, above what I expected and several thousand over what Stokes Mazda was willing to give me. They also came down on the price of the new car. Throughout the process, everyone I dealt with was very friendly and easy to get along with, there was no arguing back and forth about pricing, they were very straightforward about what they were willing to give for my car and what they were willing to sell theirs for. No games at all. I would recommend Jesse to anyone wanting to buy a car. Hendrick North's dedication to customer service (especially Jesse) definitely earned my business and I would not hesitate to buy a car from them again. More
