I just bought a used Nissan Pathfinder from them. Ernie Banks was the first to see my wife and me. He went on a test drive with the with and explained many of the features of the vehicle to her. Rob was the sales associate that we dealt with primarily. He took great care of us to insure we got what we wanted and took even more time to explain other features of the vehicle that Ernie didn't cover in the time he was with us. Dan on of the Used Car Managers ensured that we got a good deal on the vehicle and a fair price for our trade-in. Tommy in finance ensured we were able to get finances setup to make sure it was easy to afford the vehicle. Dan sent me to Shawn to fix some minor cosmetics on the vehicle. Him and the Mechanic that worked on the vehicle took good care of me and dealt with everything very quickly. These people really want your business and deserve it with the good atmosphere and service provide you every time I've been there. They really deserve 6 stars because they went well above and beyond expectations. More
I never considered a Hyundia till I started looking for a new car to replace my 15 year old Chevy Blazer. The 5/60000 bumper to bumper warranty is what drew to consider a Hyundia. I like the Veloster Turbo and test drove one and explained upfront that I would not purchase that day. I like to consider my options before I purchase. My wife and I filled out the apps and afterwards we had questions about rates. After every question we asked Mr. Couch he would go to a locked room and ask someone else the question then come back to us. After about the fifth time we ask why doesn't the finance gentleman talk to us personally. Never happened until I walked out and got into our truck to leave. This was on 2/9/2013 and never received a follow up call. That's sales 101. Went to Kia Country and purchased a 2013 Optima SX Chrome Limited. Was actually able to talk to finance manager in the process which allowed me to get a finance rate half of what the Hyundia dealer could. The payment is the same for a vehicle that is $10,000 more. I did not purchase the first day but got a call back. Purchased car on 2/17/2013. Kia made me feel they wanted my business. More
My wife and I really enjoyed dealing with shawn couch to buy our new santa fe. He was easy to talk to and we didn't feel pressured to buy a car.he took the time to show us the features of the car and since buy our new santa fe. Because we had a unique situation regarding financing and actually called the dealership and spoke with finance man first. Great experience - called ahead to discuss credit issues. They said they could work with us, especially since we had a 2011 Sonata finaniced with HYUNDAI. Got the deal I wanted and drove off my new Sante Fe. They said they could work with us, especially since we had a 2011 Sonata finaniced with HYUNDAI. We were very pleased with our entire buying experience. Shawn was an excellent person to deal with and at no time did we ever feel uncomfortable or pressured into purchasing our car.
