2016 Sonata engine burns oil only 90% covered and no car to drive while your vehicle is being repaired. They said I can go rent a car and take it up with Hyundai motors of America. Whom may or may not refun to drive while your vehicle is being repaired. They said I can go rent a car and take it up with Hyundai motors of America. Whom may or may not refund me. Oil is changed every 3000 I have records no engine should need replacement at 62,000 ridiculous this should be covered by the warranty in full. At the very least give a car to drive while repairs being made for weeks. Very disappointed with this service. More
We are from out of town and were involved in an incident that caused us to blow a tire. They were fantastic; got in as emergent and even had someone drop us at a nearby restaurant as we had not eaten all da that caused us to blow a tire. Made appointment for oil change and tire rotation. It still took three hours to get the work done....ridiculous. Employees do not care about customer or how badly they make the dealership look. You can call every 5 minutes for the entire day and have no one answer. Leave a voicemail? No response. I had tried for months to purchase a Kia electric car on line to be shipped to me. Time after time, I got no support from any of the dealers I had contacted including two times cars being sold from under m line to be shipped to me. Time after time, I got no support from any of the dealers I had contacted including two times cars being sold from under me while I was in the process of sending in money for the purchase. It was all turned around when a vehicle at North Charleston caught my eye. Not only was the salesperson, Thomas Conlon, incredibly helpful and supportive in the purchase but the dealership itself helped to expedite the purchase with no snags. I am very grateful for their help. More
No one at this dealership ever follows up or does their job. I had it there for almost 2 weeks and got absolutely nothing at all done. I was called by a representative Barbra and told that I need to replace my starter and battery after having my car towed in for engine stalling due to the Major engine recall going on with hyundia vehicles need to replace my starter and battery after having my car towed in for engine stalling due to the Major engine recall going on with hyundia vehicles. I was called and told that I needed to replace my starter and battery for a total of over $800. And that they couldn't perform the update until this was done !! Barbra told me numerous times that nothing could Be done until it least purchased a battery due to the car not starting. When I pushed back on the starter I was told then the update could Be made with just the battery . I decide to come to the dealership where I was informed that NO diagnostics had been performed, no testing had been done, and that they were going to look at it now. What?!?! And charge my battery and then update the software and check the starter !?!? Afer 2 hours they charged the battery ( although barbara was trying to get me to buy a new one) and the head service manager shares that it was just my battery! Barbara was ready to take my full payment for the starter! what a crook!! STAY AWAY From this dealership no apologies were extended and no care for customer service. This place is a Joke and they don't have integrity or value honesty. More
