Originally went to Hendricks Hyundia because of an advertisement. As soon as we pulled up Craig Dilley was able to help us find the car we were interested in and take a test drive. Jesse James was great!!! I have never been able to buy a brand new car and Jesse was so easy going. He helped me and my husband get into a brand new 2013 white Hyundai sonata. I was in the market for a midsize SUV and visited many dealerships of different makes and models. After visiting Hendrick Hyundai North and working with Ken Marion I was sold. From the first time I arrived to the time I drove out with my new Santa Fe Sport 2.0T, I was treated with respect and friendliness by the entire staff that made the whole experience enjoyable. Ken's knowledge and winning personality made the overwhelming decision of which SUV to buy much easier. The normally dreadful chore of reaching a selling price was made painless and I got a very fair price. Once I decided on the options and color I wanted (I was very picky) Ken and the dealership worked extremely hard to locate my particular choice and through their diligence were able to find it in time for me to take it on my vacation! During this whole process I was introduced to all the customer service staff and I feel very comfortable dealing with them in the future for any maintainance I will need. So I went to this dealership Hendrick Hyundai North, not expecting to buy a car, but to get info I could use to buy a car in the future. He showed me a fully loaded Elantra, I fell in love. Before the night was over, not only did I have a new car, but he was able to take the car I was driving and use it as a trade in, not sure how that happened, but I'm very grateful. I've had my car a little over a month now and I couldn't be happier. If you need a car and are in the North Charleston area, go visit Craig Call. I was so impressed I actually took some friends of mine over a few days later, and they too purchased a car from Craig. This dealership is the best I've been to by far! They were fast and didn't make promises they couldn't keep! More

I purchased a 2003 Hyundai Tiburon here about a month ago, with Bernie being the guy that helped me out. I was a first time buyer.. I heard horror stories about the way dealership staff would act towards me, trying to take advantage of any situation presented by me. My experience here was much different. Bernie helped me feel comfortable with what I was doing, and tried hard to make sure that I got what I wanted, for the price I wanted. It didn't stop at the dealership either. He continued to keep in contact, but not pressuring me into getting the car or anything else. He was informing me on things to do around town, and telling me to have a good weekend etc. Very friendly people, and a great salesman! I would recommend this place, and Bernie specifically, to anyone that asks. More
