I have been working with Jesse for over 7 months. I have returned to the dealer several times with questions and options. Jesse was always patient with me and did his best to answer my questions. After the purchase, Jesse spent over an hour showing all the features of our new car. He answered all questions, helped us pair our cell phones and got us started with the online features. Upon entering the dealership we were met by Shawn Couch, who opened the door for us. Asked us how we were and if there was something he could help us with. We did not have this type of greeting when entering this dealership. Our experience was thorough and pleasant, we got the price we were looking for on our trade-in and even the price was lower on the vehicle we wanted. Shawn gave us a tour of the facility, introducing us to other "key" employees, which would be helpful if we brought our vehicle back for servicing. Overall, I'm very impressed with the quality and professionalism of Shawn and his staff and would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a Hyundai. Originally went to Hendricks Hyundia because of an advertisement. As soon as we pulled up Craig Dilley was able to help us find the car we were interested in and take a test drive.
