We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at their dealership. You gave us fair to good ratings on customer service and friendliness, but it appears that the dealer pricing on the OEM air filter was what prompted a poor score. Our OEM air filter for your vehicle retails for $23.95 and has been that price for a long time. However, if you add our labor charge of $9.50, that brings it to $33.45, and with tax would put the cost over $35.00. I can only guess that there was a miscommunication and that you were quoted a price that included labor. We are in a highly competitive market and we are not in the practice of gouging customers. I do hope that you will give us another opportunity to earn your business.
