Jerry Page was the most rude, arrogant, unbelievably non-mannerable dealer that I have ever dealt with. On trying to work a contract issue out he compared the dealership to WalMart and was unsympatheti non-mannerable dealer that I have ever dealt with. I met some nice people while purchasing our vehicle, but, Mr. Page was not one of them. I intend to publish my horrible experience in my blog for Autistic Mothers and will push further by pushing a complete account to Rick Hendrick Headquarters and the local media. Someone such as Mr. Page should not be rewarded for punishing families of special needs children. Awful, horrific experience. More
Shawn Couch is the best sales person that I have worked with in the entire Charleston area. While I was looking for a new car I visited at least 3 other dealerships in the area and he was by far was the mo with in the entire Charleston area. While I was looking for a new car I visited at least 3 other dealerships in the area and he was by far was the most helpful and patient while I was looking. When it came time to buying it was the easiest transaction to complete once we agreed on all the details. I highly recommend him. More

When one envisions a trip to a Car Store to (Hopefully) make a purchase, one most often comes down with a case of the "HeBeGeBees." Cold sweat, shakes. Most assuredly, when one hears the term "Goen to F& make a purchase, one most often comes down with a case of the "HeBeGeBees." Cold sweat, shakes. Most assuredly, when one hears the term "Goen to F&I now", full-fledged F-E-A-R sets in. Suffice it to say, this is NOT the experience one will have at Hendrick Hyundai North. Mr. Shawn Couch is a diamond in the rough of auto representatives; really, a breath of the proverbial fresh air. Class, knowledge, calm demeanor, would be the first three words I would use to describe my seamless car buying experience with Mr. Couch. When the discussion DID make it to F&I, yet another gem was to be encountered with Mr. Joey Beasenburg. Last stop, Mr. Boettcher. What a card. I have never A. Laughed so much in a car closing, and B .Felt more at ease in a closing such as what I experienced. I spoke with Mr. Couch a few months prior to my purchase of a 2014 Hyundai Sonata, at that time we had a conversation about the "possible" purchase of a vehicle. I didn't feel pressured, he told me when I w of a 2014 Hyundai Sonata, at that time we had a conversation about the "possible" purchase of a vehicle. I didn't feel pressured, he told me when I was ready to contact him. I received a few emails before my return but still no pressure just a reminder that he was available when I was ready. I called Mr. Couch on 12/27/2013 informing him I was ready to discuss purchasing a car new or used. The day I purchased my vehicle (12/31/2013) I had to attend a funeral so as fast as he could Mr. Couch got me through the necessary paperwork in order for me to drive off the lot with my "new" car. I returned later that evening to finish the paperwork and he was still there. I had to come back a couple days later to the dealership to finish a few things, upon my return he had my car refueled. Through this whole process Mr. Couch has been a very pleasant person to talk to and do business with as a human not a salesman just out for a sale of a car. He has made it clear that he is there for me if I need his assistance. More

A very good auto buying experience. For me, this is the way all auto dealers should operate. contacted Chris Hayward via phone and told him the car I was interested in buying and that I wanted his best " way all auto dealers should operate. contacted Chris Hayward via phone and told him the car I was interested in buying and that I wanted his best " out the door price" including using the true car pricing guide that the dealer participated in, and within 15 minutes he returned the phone call, as promised, and gave me the information as requested. No haggling and No pressure to act that same day like most dealers. A few days later I contacted Chris and made an appointment to purchase the car. He honered that price that he gave me the previous week. That is what I call integrity, something I don't see much of today. Shawn Couch showed us the car and explained everything about it and completed the purchase taking care of all the paperwork and then we were on our way. Prior to the expiration of my lease on my 2011 Elantra, I was contacted by the dealership to begin making preparations for turn in. Upon my return, I met with Mr. Couch and he explained my various options. I elected to lease another Elantra. Customer service: Mr. Couch's understanding of my time being at a premium, especially with my recent return from deployment, went out of his to ensure I was completely satisfied and did the best he could to minimize my time at the dealership. He presented all dealership required information, and tailored it to my specific questions and concerns. Friendliness: Both Mr. Couch and Mr. Heyward were extremely professional and courteous with our email and telephone discussions prior to my arrival at the dealership. I want to also recognize the service department. The representatives in the service department are the best I've seen. Everyone at your dealership has always been extremely friendly. Overall experience: Again, I have never had a "bad" visit. Price: I think you have a quality product at a reasonable price. I am very satisfied. More
The first time I went to the dealership I was with my friend and he worked with Ernie Banks. Ernie was extremely helpful and got my friend an amazing deal on his 2013 Elantra. So I went a few months la friend and he worked with Ernie Banks. Ernie was extremely helpful and got my friend an amazing deal on his 2013 Elantra. So I went a few months later to purchase a SUV and worked with Ernie again and he gave me a great deal on a Santa Fe. Unfortunately the Santa Fe had problems and after a few weeks we had to pick out another car. Ernie, Joey, and James worked hard to get us into a newer car and take back the old car at the buying price. I highly recommend working with these gentlemen they will do everything that they can in order to get you into the exact car that you want in the price range you are working with. More
