Ok Could write a Book!!! I asked 8 times throughout the process of 4 hrs. to several people to run There credit scores on me and side stepped me until af Could write a Book!!! I asked 8 times throughout the process of 4 hrs. to several people to run There credit scores on me and side stepped me until after I signed the first deal then told me I didn't qualify for the 0% Interest rate with FICO score they ran, and I'm sure they new this before the first worthless deal was signed and that's being on the border line of a scam and settled for a good interest rate only because the 2 sales people worked hard and I'm sure they were only doing as told by there superiors, so sad that people have to get a sale using these tactics, but hey the economy dictates this kind of behavior & let God BE OUR Judge. More

Outstanding Our experience at Hendrick Hyundai North was outstanding. Upon arrival my wife and I were greeted by Tony Benjamin. Tony gave us time and space to bro Our experience at Hendrick Hyundai North was outstanding. Upon arrival my wife and I were greeted by Tony Benjamin. Tony gave us time and space to browse then helped us look at several cars to compare and determine which best met our needs and price point. Tony did not pressure us or make us feel uncomfortable. He let us shop, ask questions and make a decision on our own. The price was very fair compared to market values and we didn't feel at any time we were being taken advantage of. Tony went above and beyond to ensure our buying experience was a positive and enjoyable one. Jerry in finance was very friendly and was able to beat our already very competitive pre-approval rate. Tommy in finance was extremely helpful in explaining everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a pre-owned car stop in and see Tony Benjamin. More

New Car Experience! Buying a new car can be so daunting! Not here! My husband and I were looking for a used car with a few miles on it. When we could not come to an agree Buying a new car can be so daunting! Not here! My husband and I were looking for a used car with a few miles on it. When we could not come to an agreement at a local dealership we decided to go to Hendrick Hyundai North to only check out prices as we knew they would be out of our budget. We had a BUDGET after my husbands head on collision and the money the insurance paid out. Well, Trey Baker, the sales manager helped the sales associate make our deal work and met us in the middle! We spent over our budget but left with the car that made us happy, we felt like we mattered to them and we got a deal! 3 days later with an issue that we felt that was important it was dealt with by Trey as if it was as important to him also and we are as happy as clams still! You can not buy that kind of customer service! Thank you Sal for instilling that in your sales team! I can not wait to go back and PAY a dealership for my oil changes and hang out...who says that??? Buy from these guys. And no I do not know them personally, I am not related to them....I just know they care! After my purchase I had the pleasure of speaking to wonderful woman named Dawn Goldys on the phone about a donation for a cancer foundation that I am involved in...did you know this company donates $1,000,00's of dollars to pediatric cancers constantly? I am so impressed with this company I want to scream their name on the top of a mountain!!! And yes they donated to our foundation. More

Never Buy An Extended Warranty!!! Never buy an extended warranty from these guys!!! They will tell you the car only comes with a 3 year 36 month warranty and sell you an extended warra Never buy an extended warranty from these guys!!! They will tell you the car only comes with a 3 year 36 month warranty and sell you an extended warranty for $800+. What they dont tell you is the car automatically comes with 60 month 60k warranty. They sell 75000k mile warranty which comes out to only 15k additional coverage for $800. Who would pay $800 for 15k warranty? These guys are rip offs. More
