Poor customer service skills Called about a truck and was told it was still available. I told Michael coutts I would send over an email with my trade in info/pics and asked if he Called about a truck and was told it was still available. I told Michael coutts I would send over an email with my trade in info/pics and asked if he could give me an estimate on what they would offer for my trade in. He said he would look out for it and get right back to me. After not hearing anything I called back the next day. The operator said he was with a customer and took my info. Again, after not hearing back I called and spoke to another sales person who took my info and said they would speak to him and he would call me back immediately. Again, after not hearing back I called and decided I would try the process with a different sales person only to find the truck was sold. At minimum I would think that an email would've been appropriate to let me know but I guess that's how these guys handle business. More
