I am in sales and I felt like Mark was very professional and never put any pressure on us at any point. I came back several days latter and ask for him. The team worked with me to get me where I needed to be to get the car I really wanted. Roberta worked with me on the financing. She explaned all the different programs offered by the dealership but at no time did she pressure me into anything that I did not want. My overall experience was very good and I was very satisfied.
