Trading a 2016 Elantra Value Edition I called Dawn Malone to set up an appointment to meet with her and Brant Wyman for Saturday to talk about getting out of my new 2016 Elantra "Value Ed I called Dawn Malone to set up an appointment to meet with her and Brant Wyman for Saturday to talk about getting out of my new 2016 Elantra "Value Edition" that we really didn't like and had brought it to service twice and told the problems we were "standard" for this car. We showed up and asked for Dawn and was told she was off that day. I asked to speak to Mr. Wyman and he was very gracious to us and turned us over to Neilson (salesman). Dawn had forgot to even mention to Brant that we were coming. Brant and Neilson were above and beyond the best customer service we could ever have asked for. We are now very happy in our new Sonata that we wish our first salesman would have told us about. We may have lost a few thousand dollars but it was worth it now that we have a car we like. Thank you Brant and Nealson. I look forward to working with Craig Rogers in service, too. We have bought 4 cars from this dealership in 5 years and Craig has always been there for me in service. Scott Koontz all the way! I purchased a used BMW from this dealership from Scott Koontz. Months later I realized there was an issue with my car that was there all along, but I I purchased a used BMW from this dealership from Scott Koontz. Months later I realized there was an issue with my car that was there all along, but I didn't notice it. In a world of "Customer No-Service", Scott Koontz went above and beyond to ensure the issue was taken care of, and even provided me a car during the service time. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the vehicles I looked at, the number of features, styling and most importantly the safety rating, length of warranty and professional and friendly staff in all areas of the business - sales, finance, service and customer relations. I bought a 2015 Sonata Hybrid Limited and love, love, love it! I tell everyone about my car and my car buying experience that's willing to listen. Less than 9 months in, transmission failure, much more. USED I do not recommend ANY car from this dealership, especially a used one. They will treat you kindly through a sale, but my experience so far has led me I do not recommend ANY car from this dealership, especially a used one. They will treat you kindly through a sale, but my experience so far has led me to believe that is all that mattered. I bought a used car from here that has given me problems from day TWO. The check engine light was one. I was assured that the car was getting only had cosmetic issues, and would be a great replacement for our last car. The valve cover gasket blew out and blew oil over my belts, thus the timing belt had issues as a result and I puttered into the garage. I was forced to pay money down as a ‘down payment’ to fix the newly financed car. After that, the wheel speed sensor and catalytic converter needed replacement. I was told not to worry about it, and instead to complain and “Shoot high up the latter until S#&@ trickled down to the right people”. Instead of actually taking responsibility for a terrible car they sold me, I was repeatedly given a shrug and “We’ll make sure you’re taken care of” from both the service team and the person who sold me the vehicle, Barry. Nine months in, the transmission has failed. The total cost to fix this car has been over the amount of its total value, and has been a fear to drive since I left the lot. They offered to pay off my vehicle, but ONLY if I finance a new vehicle, add on the original price of my car to a new one, and pay triple my original monthly payment! All I needed from this dealership was a working vehicle. I am very disappointed in the level of professionalism and ownership taken by the company to fix my issue, the false promises of help and no responses from higher management by both telephone and email, and a constant runaround when I was sold a defective vehicle. The level of empathy I received was, quoting the sales manager Brian Borkowski “We didn’t force you to buy this car.” I repeat again, I DO NOT recommend ANY car from this dealership, especially a used one. More

He is the only person I will purchase a car from. He has now sold me 4 cars and I will only use him. I have told him that if he ever leaves he better tell me where he is going. He has become part of my family and I can honestly say I trust him. That is a huge thing for me to say since I am single women buy a car. Most people don't trust car sales people at all, but I trust Ken Marion 100%!! More
