My Dream Car Come True "I was just thinking about stopping at the dealership, not expecting to purchase anything new. The first salesperson I saw was Ken. More often than not, when I had gone to other dealerships in the past, it was a ""Wait here and I will get someone to help you"" type of thing. In this situation, it was not. Ken told me right away what was available at the dealership and what we could do with my trade in. He went over the pricing very precisely and I understood everything. I then went over to see Tommy who walked me through the warranties. He is very patient and addressed all of my concerns and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction professionally and courteously. I, unfortunately, am not good at remembering names, but the young gentleman in the glass box was very helpful, also. He helped bring down the price of my beautiful new Elantra to what I had budgeted for. He is terrific, too." More
