Purchase experience Our purchase of a 2017 Santa Fe was easy. We had already seen and driven and a Santa Fe at the Savannah Highway dealership. We had even agreed upon a Our purchase of a 2017 Santa Fe was easy. We had already seen and driven and a Santa Fe at the Savannah Highway dealership. We had even agreed upon a price. But they didn't have a white Santa Fe with all the bells and whistles at the Savannah Highway dealership. So I checked online and found the exact vehicle we wanted at Hendrick Hyundai North. We called and set up an appointment with Patrick Gronski, who, upon our arrival, promptly showed us the car. We agreed that it was what we wanted and went in signed the paperwork. Easy. However, for the next week, we were inundated with calls and emails from seemingly everyone at the dealership, thanking us for our purchase. (Only one from Patrick, thankfully.) While I understand that they were grateful for our business, the calls became annoying. A simple 'thank you' would have been great, even appreciated. But multiple calls and/or emails daily for a week - until I asked that they stop - was over the top. That aside, we love the car and would certainly recommend Hyundai, in general, and Hyundai North, specifically, to friends. More
