Scott Koontz made the experience Earlier in the evening I was two doors down at another Hendrick dealership. The salesmanship was more than lacking. There was a car I was considering at Hendrick Hyundai, so I unenthusiastically trudged on over at 7:15 PM. Scott Koontz greeted me with friendliness despite my bristle. He was helpful, patient, and considerate. When we returned from the test drive at 7:45 PM and I was serious about purchasing the vehicle he was willing to stay past close or meet me first thing in the morning to finalize the deal. Being from out of town, he also took a moment to give me suggestions on what areas I should consider staying in vs not, which was a small gesture above and beyond simply because he cares. The next day he made the process simple and smooth and even took the time to drive me down the street to drop off my lease at another dealership. How can that not be completely top notch customer service??!!!!! I was floored and would hands down recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. He made the 3.5 hour drive down worth it and if I were looking for a second vehicle, I wouldn't hesitate to make the drive down a second time. More
