This place had my car towed away and never contacted me. They lied to me about having my car looked at, I had called several times to this service number and spoke with 3 different people. I spoke with Vincent, I spoke with a Courtney who i gave my information to about car even description of my car (white Hyundai Sonata 4 door) I also spoke with a guy name ben about update on my car. ALL this conversation with each individual, they never mentioned that my car was not there, never told me my car was towed but told me that they would give me update on my service. Now they sent a guy Name Percy to cover up all this and tell me that there is nothing that they can do about my car being towed because he was told that it was in the wrong spot, meanwhile, he told e a week ago that my car was being looked at and he will get back with me, (2 weeks later) being told that the car that he THOUGHT WAS MY CAR (RED CAR) was the car he was replying about, I have text messages about me describing the color of car to be white never red. so while they were telling me that my Car was being looked at... IT WAS NEVER THERE, IT WAS ALREADY IMPOUNDED AND NOW THE COST HAS ACCUMALATED TO $700 WHICH iF I HAD KNOWN THAT MY CAR WAS IMPOUND I COULD HAVE GOTTEN IT OUT THE NEXT DAY. NOW THEY REFUSE TO PAY THIS FEE DUE TO THEIR MISTAKE. More

From the moment I walked into the dealership, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I got the perfect vehicle for my needs. Him and his team patiently answered all of my questions, explained the features, and even took the time to demonstrate how everything worked. Zekes professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire process enjoyable. I left the dealership with my 2024 Hyundai Kona and a big smile on my face, all thanks to this exceptional salesman's dedication and expertise. I highly recommend them to anyone in search of a great car-buying experience! And also the sales manager Abe was extremely helpful at breaking down my payments and getting me the perfect payment that I needed not only have I bought two vehicles through them but I have also worked through this company as well and there's not enough stars to give for the accuracy of how genuine and compassionate and helpful these guys are. I have been a loyal Hyundai customer since 2013. I used to LOVE this dealership and would have given them 5 stars. But since they were purchased and under new ownership they have gone way downhill I used to LOVE this dealership and would have given them 5 stars. But since they were purchased and under new ownership they have gone way downhill. Now every time I deal with them, it's an exercise in frustration and futility! They are NOT customer service oriented AT ALL. 1. They did not honor a warranty issue involving the fuel pump last fall, charged me over $2000 to repair that should have been covered. I would literally have to go to court to resolve this, even though I was under the months owned and mileage for it to be covered until their famous Power Train warranty. 2. Based on this, when it came time to buy a new Hyundai, I chose a different dealership. 3. The new Hyundai came with brand new roof racks. I was still planning to use this dealer for oil changes and service. But they are refusing to install the roof racks, simply because I didn't purchase them through their dealership. I'm done with this dealer. They have lost my business after 12 years of being a GREAT customer with zero issues, until last fall. Very disappointing. I will drive to other cities to have work done rather than deal with them any more. And this may end up being my last Hyundai Santa Fe. More
