I would not recommend this dealership to my dog if he could drive. Worst customer service in the service department I have ever had. Percy was cocky and condescending to speak with. I have a new 2024 Hyu could drive. Worst customer service in the service department I have ever had. Percy was cocky and condescending to speak with. I have a new 2024 Hyundai Tuscon and it has a water leak on the passenger side console. They will not do a thing about it even though the car has less than 5000 miles on it. I work in customer service and if I treated customers like that I would be fired. When you call you receive no call back from the service manager or anyone. They have had my car for a month now and I am now taking it and trading it in. I will tell every customer that I wait on not to go to Hyundai of North Charleston. They have a negative rating in my book. More

This place is the reason people hate car dealers. They sent out a flyer that said I won a $1500 visa gift card and once I got there they gave me the run around. This was by far the best service experience I've had since buying my car & using the Hyundai of North Charleston for my service visits.
