I did not feel pressured at all by Patrick; in fact, he was patient with me as I asked to test drive several cars not once but twice, sometimes even three times, each. Patrick was very friendly, easy going (which, in turn, put me to ease), professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Likewise, all who assisted in the process when I decided to purchase the car were very helpful. I was also very impressed with the follow up after the purchase. Both Patrick and Ryan sent emails thanking me for the purchase and offering to help if I had any questions. I could not have asked for a better experience. More
