Do not shop Terry Lee Hyundai We bought a 2012 used Town and Country van from Terry Lee Hyundai in Noblesville Indiana on Saturday June 13, 2015. We drove it home and it sat for a We bought a 2012 used Town and Country van from Terry Lee Hyundai in Noblesville Indiana on Saturday June 13, 2015. We drove it home and it sat for a day or so then we drove it less than 60 miles and the check engine light came on. We took it back to Terry Lee and they took the van to Kahlo. This was on Tuesday. Our van sat at Kahlo for 6 days before we got it back. Mind you we never had any communication on the status of our van unless we called Terry Lee ourselves. Then the response we got was that they had called Kahlo several times and never got a response from them. At last they tell us that Kahlo was waiting on a part (oil pressure sensor that was allegedly already replaced before we bought the van). We finally get the van back to discover they never replaced the sensor only reset it and the van was 2.5 quarts low on oil out of a 5 quart system. Mind you this was driven less than 60 miles after buying it. If it was using oil that bad you would know. So that says their certified inspection is a joke if they are going to sell a vehicle low on oil. So again we have the vehicle and drive it less than 60 miles again, BAM another check engine light. Go back to the shop again. Now they replace the oil pump. Get the van again, yep you guessed it check engine light again. They reset it, and BAM again check engine light. The van is currently in the shop again for the fifth check engine light. It has been in the shop longer than in our possession. I have talked to Simon many times and he has an attitude of he could care less on top of arrogance. The last time I talked to the used car manager Kenneth and he told us the van would not go back to Kahlo but to Ed Martin in Anderson. Lo and behold I see my van sitting at Kahlo this morning. I can go on and on but you get the point. Integrity is not in the Terry Lee dealership system at all. I would not and will not recommend this Dealership to anyone especially my customers. More
Wish I gone back to Butler Hyundai first! Bought a 2013 Huyndai Sonata from Butler Hyundai on March 10, 2015, which was totaled in an accident on April 2, 2015. Decided to go to Terry Lee Hyu Bought a 2013 Huyndai Sonata from Butler Hyundai on March 10, 2015, which was totaled in an accident on April 2, 2015. Decided to go to Terry Lee Hyundai to try and find a new car since they were closer to my home. I left there in tears. They had me driving around the car I wanted for 3 days with dealer plates so I could fall in love with it only to have the rug pulled out from under me when they said they couldn't get me an interest rate even close to what Butler got me. Come to find out, their inexperienced finance guy ran my credit through like 10 banks and made my credit score drop 50 points!!!! I returned to Butler Hyundai like I should have to begin with and Ryan Olsen and Mo Abassi treated me very professionally and made a bad situation right. It took them a while to talk to the head of my lender and explain the situation and ended getting me a great rate. They definitely turned around a very frustrating situation and I left feeling very fortunate. I love my new car. I will definitely be going back to Butler Hyundai for all my future purchases and will always recommend them to my friends and family. I will also be looking into what action I can take for the seemingly unlawful or at the very least unethical hit that my credit took because of Terry Lee's inexperienced finance dept. I'm already take a premium increase and other expenses due to the accident On April 2, 2015. I don't need this on top of it. Very disappointed. More
