I drove over an hour to look at and ultimately do business with Sarah and Terry Lee Hyundai and was very pleased with my overall experience. The car was just what I was looking for and I am hoping that it will bring me many years of reliable dependability. Hats off the this salesperson and her dealership. More

I was the dealership numerous times for over a week after I bought the truck because they kept messing up. I finally took it to Hare Chevy to have it fixed because the service department does not know how to work on GM vehicles. When I went to pick up the truck after buying it, it was completely out of gas. Three tires were at 22PSI and one was at 40PSI; they are supposed to be at 35PSI. The cruise control did not work. They wanted $200 to fix. It cost me $17.99 at Autozone and 30 minutes of my time to fix. They had my truck over not to "fix" so they gave me a loaner. They let me drive off and have the car for 24 hours with NO LICENSE PLATE! Simon said "Oh you would have been fine". They do not care about customers! After they had the truck long than I did after buying it, I got it home and it leaks onto my drive way. I took it back and it was the front left axle seal leaking. They wanted another $200 to fix it. I forced them to fix it and when I get it home, IT LEAKS!!! I took it to Hare and they said the mechanics did not grind down and smooth the surface before putting on the new seal, causing it to break. The General Manager said he would not help me unless they fixed it but I had to have Hare do it because Ace told me not to return after they fixed the seal. AVOID them!! They will scam you for everything! They have horrible service and employees!! More

My experience with TrueCar and this dealership in buying this car was very positive. We quickly came to an agreement on a price which I felt was fair based on my research. We test drove after an ice storm to give my wife a chance to test out the AWD system. Financing guy was not pleasant and out to make the dealership more money buy having us not put as much down on the purchase. He almost made us walk out and not purchase there, if it had not been for Brenda Justak we would have. After him everything went smoothly and we were out the door a little bit later. Prices that cannot be beat from what I could tell and I looked around. More

After 3 months of bad service, incompetence, and down right rudeness Hyundai corporate had us take it to Terry Lee to complete the problematic work done by Gaddis Hyundai. Evan was great! Made me feel assured that we were in good hands after 3 months of turmoil with other service centers. Facilities were top notch and clean. Very knowledgeable and coutious technicians. Service management was awesome too!!! More
