Wonderful First Buying Experience This was my first independent car purchase experience. Juan was so supportive and helpful, and I felt no pressure whatsoever from him during the trans This was my first independent car purchase experience. Juan was so supportive and helpful, and I felt no pressure whatsoever from him during the transaction. He accompanied me on my test drive since I am not familiar with this area of town. He also helped arrange for me to have my mechanic inspect the car prior to purchasing it and worked with the service component of Terry Lee Hyundai to arrange for a few minor services to be completed prior to the purchase. (Adam in Service was very courteous and accommodating when scheduling with me.) Juan was respectful of my time and courteous in both text and phone correspondence during the entire process. Stephanie was very helpful when processing my paperwork; she was efficient and quick, but also took the time to explain all of the paperwork to me since this was my first time buying a car from a dealership. All in all, this was an incredibly positive experience, and I would certainly recommend this dealership, particularly Juan. Thank you for all of your help; I am very happy with my new car! More
