I went to several dealerships and Terry Lee was the most helpful, informative and friendliest dealership I had walked into. I found this dealership through TrueCar and was contacted directly by Sarah. She kept following up with me (which I am so grateful of with my busy life I sometimes don't always have time to get in touch right away). How Sarah contacted me was very courteous, not obnoxious at all. I was able to swing by and take a test drive at Terry Lee. During this test drive I was informed a lot more on the features of the car, what I would be getting and the differences among the various packages available for the specific car I was looking into buying. I this was also the most helpful information that I received from any dealership while car shopping. I think what drew me in was first of all your product, communication from your employee, information provided to me, flexibility to meet me and the fact that you worked with me a little bit on the price when TrueCar mentioned that there was a price drop in the car that I was looking at. I didn't feel pressured to buy something I didn't want, and I didn't feel like I had to have my guard up when I walked in to talk about financing my car when I was ready to purchase. I truly appreciate the Terry Lee Hyundai dealership and the employees who work there. More
