I had mentioned to him that I might to selling or trading the car for an SUV. Since my service call was going to require me to leave my car overnight, Evan conveniently arranged for me to have an SUV as a loaner car - a great was to test drive the car. Ultimately, I ended up speaking to David Kraft, Sales and Leasing Consultant. David, did a great job in guiding me and providing me with purchase and lease information. It was always apparent that his mission was certainly my happiness and satisfaction. Although I did not find a car or SUV that met my needs this time at Hyundai, the dealership, thanks to Ace and David, purchased my car back allowing me to find something suitable that did meet my needs and made me happy.
