Service Dept. Lost My Appointment. Would Not Honor Slot. Unfortunately I have to give my first, and hopefully my last, poor review of Terry Lee Genesis. I brought my 2016 Genesis Coupe in for a service after Unfortunately I have to give my first, and hopefully my last, poor review of Terry Lee Genesis. I brought my 2016 Genesis Coupe in for a service after scheduling an appointment. I was told the person who originally scheduled my appointment was let go and that my appointment was not in the system. Instead of honoring my appointment, I was told that I would not be able to be seen and that I can "come back tomorrow". People have lives they have to live and things they have to do. Now I have to change my plans around to fit THEIR schedule and that's not how this is supposed to go. I will be bringing my car in but only because it's absolutely necessary. I will be expecting a loaner. More
