The salesman Earl B. was very informed about the vehicles and yet not pushy, the Sales Mgr Jim was wonderful in presenting us our options in financing and leasing as this was a different type of transaction as we were actually trading in a 2014 Hyundai Sonata and a 2015 Hyundai Tuscon on a 2017 Hyundai Tuscon. Jim again was professional and informative and Jim and Earl B. guided us along as we made our decisions on financing/leasing. Stephanie handled our paperwork for financing/leasing which was smooth and she was very helpful in explaining every detail. Our whole experience was very positive by staff with great attitudes, no pressure to buy and handled all the paperwork in an expeditious yet professional way. We plan to use Terry Lee Hyundai in the future and will highly recommend them to others. There wonderful people skills stood out to us. More

I worked with Ace and Earl B and they are seriously fantastic to work with, they made the whole process really easy for me. They were more than happy to explain anything I had questions about, whether it was about the vehicle itself or the financing of it. I never felt pressured to make a purchase and was given all of the information I needed to confidently make a decision for myself. Being the first car I've purchased, Stephanie was great in explaining all of the paperwork to me so I knew exactly what I was signing and comfortable with all of it. You don't find their level of customer service at dealerships very often; I'd definitely buy from them again and have already recommended several friends to shop with them before looking anywhere else!
