Customer service Bought a certified Elantra GT 2.5. weeks ago. It was missing a key fob, took almost 2 weeks to receive one. Needed head lights replaced due to water i Bought a certified Elantra GT 2.5. weeks ago. It was missing a key fob, took almost 2 weeks to receive one. Needed head lights replaced due to water in the glass. Took about 4 days to order and install, ok. One tire was a different brand than the other three but we decided to let that go. However we showed the clear coat coming off the spoiler over the rear window which we didn't notice before buying the car since it was raining the entire time we were shopping at Hyundai. I have been to the service department 4 times, twice spending several hours. Each time I was told to expect a phone call regarding my paint. I have still received NO call. I paid cash for this car and I expect to have my clear coat fixed. Improved customer communication is a must at this service dept. More

As expected I went in for an oil change. Wait was a little longer than I expected. I had an appointment and still took an hour and a half. Nice people, free cof I went in for an oil change. Detail The detail shop does an awesome job at afair price. However the scheduling is awful. I made an appointment for a detail. Perfect I will wait. I get there early and they tell me it takes four hours to do the detail do I want to wait. Dissappointed I said alright. After 1 hr and 45 minutes I decide to walk around and check on the progress. To my amazement thay uad not yet started. I waited in line to talk to the service person and she said she would check. She comes back and tells me no excuse but they are busy. She had three guys starting it now. It will be done in an hour and a half. The car was finished in one hour and thirty minutes. It was awesome. She gave me a free oild change card for my trouble. My time is worth more than an oil change but I must say the car looked great. Expect to sit and wait and wait. More

Big John is awesome! I met John in 2013. I went with a friend to get an oil change for his Hyundai. He happened to be one of John's clients. To be honest I had no inten I met John in 2013. I went with a friend to get an oil change for his Hyundai. He happened to be one of John's clients. To be honest I had no intentions in anyway, shape or form of buying a car that night. We got there at 4 and by 9 I was driving home in my first Hyundai. I am now on my second Hyundai Elantra that I have purchased with John. He delievers outstanding customer service. I may not live in the area the next time I purchase my next car with John, but I will drive a great distance to work with him. Thank you John for all you do.
