Employees, like Mary, are a company's greatest asset. Mary in the service dept. is the best, bar none! She returned our call quickly to review our emergency, a flat tire while on the road. She got us in immediately, fixed the flat for free, changed our oil and threw in a free, much needed car wash to boot. We trust Mary like family and appreciate her love of clients and great sense of humor. We arrive with a bad situation and she always has us leaving with laughter and peace of mind, knowing our car is safe again for traveling with our family and all too many pets . Mary is the standard for women who have successfully transitioned into a formerly male dominated career. The only way to do great work is to love what you do. Mary exudes that love and it translates into customer confidence and satisfaction. She takes her work seriously yet herself lightly, which becomes a win-win strategy for all. Service not done correctly or incompletely finished. I requested Hyundai's "Summer Special" offer for an oil change, oil filter, tire rotation, etc. I believe that they were all done, except, the next d I requested Hyundai's "Summer Special" offer for an oil change, oil filter, tire rotation, etc. I believe that they were all done, except, the next day the tire inflation indicator came on. When I checked the inflation on the tires, I found that all four tires were inflated to 25 psi. How could that be? ALL FOUR TIRES? I know that I did not bring the car in that way. As you know, the correct tire inflation for these tires is 32 psi. I am especially disappointed with New Port Richey Hyundai's service, because on my last service call, I had issues with oil being dripped onto the engine causing black smoke to blow out of the tail pipe. I have owned a Hyundai from this dealership since 2003 and had not experienced a problem with service needs until last year. These last two service calls were routine, easy ones. It scares me to think of the quality of repair I would receive if it were a major problem. And, therefore, it would be hard for me to recommend your service facility. More
