I was told that I had used my three (3) free oil changes. I was under the impression that I had free oil changes for as long as I owned my IONIQ which is what I had when I purchased my new Santa Fe. Not so. Guess each dealer is different and I I will change dealers when I am ready to purchase my next vehicle and I am afraid it will NOT BE at this dealership. For the price I paid for my IONIQ I would think that free oil changes would go with the purchase of a new vehicle as I had when I purchased my Santa Fe. You just taught me a VERY VALUABLE LESSON.
