This is one of those dealerships that adds on all those junk fees to their prices to increase their profits and then blames “the market”. The reality is that there’s plenty of dealerships that don’t add $2 junk fees to their prices to increase their profits and then blames “the market”. The reality is that there’s plenty of dealerships that don’t add $2-3k in protection packages out there so there’s no reason to even shop this dealership. It’s more of an issue with Hyundai and Kia dealerships than any other brand. Shop somewhere that is honest and transparent with their pricing, not these guys. More
I purchased a vehicle from Hyundai of New Port Richey and they promised to install a roof rack and tow package within a week. For three months, I called and they failed to fulfill their promise. After I got very upset, they finally installed my roof rack and tow package. They said it took 3 months because parts were not available. However, I investigated and the parts were ordered the day I purchased my vehicle and arrived 2 days later. Their failure was pure incompetence and they later lied about it, blaming it on parts. More
