I have just purchased my second new car from Hyundai of NPR using their internet sales department and having Jeena Verdelotti complete the deal. I personally do not care for the car buying experience and that is why I choose to do business with Hyundai of NPR and Jeena Verdelotti. I look online, choose the car I want to purchase, shoot Jeena a e mail and she returns my e mail with a fair offer. I then tell Jeena when it will be convienent for me to come in and she has everything ready to go when I get there. Jeena has gone out of her way during both purchases to make sure I was completely satisfied with not only my new car but the entire purchase process. I have a Hyundai dealer that is closer to where I live but for me it is worth the extra drive to deal with Jeena and Hyundai of NPR More
Until my recent purchase from Hyundai of New Port Richey I'd never actually enjoyed purchasing a car. In the past I've always found the experience to be more stressful than enjoyable. However, my experience with Jeena was exactly the opposite. I contacted Jeena, explained exactly what I was looking for, and a few days later I received the call that I could come pick up my new car. Upon arriving at the dealership I found everyone to be helpful and friendly. Jeena took me on a tour of the dealership, showing me the service department, the accessories department, and all other areas that I may need to utilize in the future. She also showed me how to use some of the gadgets in my vehicle, which was a first for me. I enjoyed the experience so much that I've already handed out a number of business cards and I know one of these friends has already purchased a new car from Jeena. I will recommend this dealership, this salesperson, and Hyundai of New Port Richey in the future. More

Being young and looking young, other dealerships I went to didn't waste their breath on talking to me. Graham Pearce was the car salesman who spoke to me as a customer, not as 'some kid.' With a likeable personality, strong social skills, confidence and knowledgeable about the cars he was selling takes the guessing out of how and why Hyundai of New Port Richey sells so many cars. More
I decided to contact the New Port Richey dealership via the internet in search of information on the Elantra. Within minutes I received a answer from Graham Pearce who gave me the information I requested. the internet in search of information on the Elantra. We then discussed when I could go for a test drive, etc. The next day, Sunday, June 19th my husband and I arrived when the dealership opened. We were promptly greeted and directed to Mark Ragauckas. He took to the Elantras and gave us a great explanation of it's features. When it was explained to Mark that this was going to be my car he focused his attentions to me which I really appreciated. Mark took me out for a test drive and that is when I was very impressed with his sales approach. Mark's route gave me the opportunity to drive the car on the highway, very curving and back roads. That is when I decided just how much I like the Elantra. Back in the showroom Mark walked us through the the purchasing process. I feel he went above and beyond to get a great trade in value for my 10 year old Tiburon. I did the research prior and I know I got an excellent trade in. From there we met with Roger Woodruff who was superior. He took the time to answer all questions and concerns. He gave us very good advice and we are now covered for just about anything that can occur. We are extremely happy and will always put New Port Richey top of the list. This was the smoothest car buying experience I have ever been through. Jeena was so easy to talk to. She knew the answers to every question we had. She showed us how to use our manual and did everything in been through. Jeena was so easy to talk to. She knew the answers to every question we had. She showed us how to use our manual and did everything in her power to get us processed quickly and efficiently even though the showroom was packed with people. The finance department was so easy to work with and the car was detailed perfectly when presented to us at the end. We didn't need to do anything but sign. Everything was taken care of for us by a fine staff of people. We could not have been more pleased with this transaction.We would definitely recommend this dealership to our friends as well as return for a future purchase ourselves. The elantra is a beautiful, efficient car and we are proud to own it. More
On May 23rd, 2011 my husband and I were greeted at Hyundai of New Port Richey by Mike Casanova. He was very professional, very personable, and extremely friendly. My husband and I were going to lease two new vehicles, and we wanted to accomplish this by the end of the week if the price was right. Like a sore thumb to Mike, we went back and forth on making this deal work by the end of the week. Everytime I talked to him on the phone he was always polite and professional and he also seemed to want to make this deal work for us as well. He always maintained a level of integrity. Needless to say on May 28th my husband and I were in to sign all the paper work and to pick out our two brand new Sonatas. During that process Mike was very efficent and courteous. After getting home and realizing that there was some misprints on the contracts, Mike came all the way to my home to have the contracts resigned so we wouldn't have to go to the dealership. Now that is customer service!!!! I would recommend this dealership and also Mike to any of our friends/family. It has been three weeks since the leasing of our Sonata's and we are both extremely happy. THANK YOU!!! More
Very easy and very pleasant experience. Wife and I haven't bought a new car in 15yrs, expected the worse but was totally surprised at the kindness and courtesy and knowledge of Mr Pearce.
