While New Port Richey is two hours from our home outside Orlando, with three other Hyundai dealers in our hometown, we committed to the Internet process. We asked every dealer to quote a specific model, itemize everything so we could see the bottom line cost. We also asked that we keep our correspondence to e-mail so that we wouldn’t waste people’s time. David responded, exactly as requested, in a timely manner, and he only asked “that we give him a chance to earn our business.” David’s drive and enthusiasm is contagious, and even though we had to hold up the process for several weeks, he was patient and offered alternatives when appropriate all along the way. I found that my father-in-law Bob Therrien said that this was the best dealer around because of his past experience with buying in 2001 then again 2005 then again in 2011 off this dealer which I was going to was the best dealer around because of his past experience with buying in 2001 then again 2005 then again in 2011 off this dealer which I was going to get one near my home where I bought the 2009 Sonata but he told me not to bother that your dealership would do me better and you really did, It was worth the 380 mile round trip ride.
