I was recently in the market for a new Hyundai Tucson. I had picked out what I wanted online and sent it to this dealer. The price they said it was on the phone, was the price it was at the dealer and the the price it was on all the paper work. No bait and switch. No games. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Graham is an awesome salesman and the dealership was very polite and accomadating. I will definately buy again from them and refer them. More
Mr. Pearce approached me and said that he would be taking care of my needs because Mr. Dave Brennan was not at the dealership at this point and that they did work together. I had an appointment to see Mr Brennan for Wednesday but found that I wasn't going to make it so decided to hope in the car and go to the dealership today. Mr. Pearce listened to what my interests were and did not try to put me into a vehicle that I was not interested in. He walked around the lot ( I wanted to walk) to help me find a car I might be interested in. ( I did not plan to buy a car today). However, I found the car I wanted after trying a Sonata and then seeing an Elantra Limited. This latter was not in the color I wanted but Mr. Pearce said if I would like to drive it he would be glad to bring it to the front so that it would be more available for my 97 year old mother to get into it. We drove around and I decided I like the car, color size and the conveniences. It exceeded the Kudos I had read in different magazines that I had googled. We got down to business and he quickly goto to the amount we could all agree on. He explained the key fob (believe it or not it needed explaining to find the hidden key. Explained the tiny door lock which cannot be used if the spare key is in the car. Set up my blue tooth. Went thru the air conditioning system...navigations system, dash board. Showed be where to find the pull to lay down the back seats. Showed me the oil stick, washer fluid container. I can say he was very thorough, considerate and made sure I had all the information I needed. This is the second car I have purchased from Hyundai. It was very good the first time and even better this time. Mr. Pearce even introduced me to the personnel in the Service Department. My sister and brother-in-law bought a 2011 Prius last Friday...I showed them my car when I got home. They called me after to say that they wished they had gone to the Hyundai dealer they loved my car a 2012 fully loaded...a shame to have a brand new car for 4 days and wish you have bought another. Customer Service is what it is all about and Mr. Pearce more than met this challenge. More

Graham's manager was also very pleasant. I normally dread purchasing a car, this was a delightful experience. I started shopping near my home and visited a dealer in Ocala. I was disappointed on how they treated "potential customers." I was so disappointed that I decided not to purchase a car. I then went on the internet and eventually connected with Graham Pierce. It was well worth driving over 90 miles from Summerfield, Fl to New Port Richey to purchase my Elantra Limited. I am also very happy with the car. More
