My Wife and I were in the market for a new car after our 2002 Optima started to give us trouble. At first, we thought about going for a used car. After looking at the new Hyundai warranty, we decided to go for a new Sonata. This transaction was almost ALL done over the internet with Jeena Verdelotti! We don't like to sit at the dealership all day when buying a car. Jeena was SUPER fast communicating by e-mail and then we spoke on the phone. We financed through our Credit Union which made things even fast at the dealership. I can't say enough about Jeena, she did an outstanding job and she definitely knows what she is doing! After the test drive and me asking for the "numbers", Jeena went off to get the numbers, after returning a few minutes later, she gave me the number and they were within a couple of dollars what i had expected. From the very beginning phone call I knew Jeena was going to do the best that she could to help me get the deal that I was looking for. And the third call was the icing on the cake, I could pick it up the next day! And all of this was done in less than a two hour span! Jeena was courteous, professional, very easy to talk with and a great sense of humor to help ease the nervousness I had about the whole deal. When I arrived at the dealership everyone was very helpful and professional. When I met Jeena she was right on top of everything from getting right to the test drive, going over all the paperwork in laymans terms, helping to get things programmed in the car and she sincerely made the whole process quite enjoyable, just as if she was the one buying the car. This is my third Sonata I have purchased and the second one I have purchased from Hyundai of New Port Richey. I highly recommend the Sonata...a luxury car in smaller package and I recommend Hyundai of New Port Richey for their courtesy and respect for their customers needs. More

I beleive that they really make their money on volume... this Hyundai dealership sells over 500 cars a month. We live in the Lakeland and there are at least 5 other Hyandai dealers that are closer to us. We decided to drive over 50 miles to New port Richey to lease a 2012 Hyuandai Elantra GLS. I purchased a 2012 elantra from Jeena and she was wonderful. Jeena was so professional with a personal touch. I simply described the type of vehicle we wanted and when we showed up for the appointment she not only had the Vehicle ready for us but all the paperwork was basiclly completed and we spent a total of 1 hour in the car dealership and the dealership was packed with customers! The car that Jeena picked out was perfect the service was perfect and we couldn't have been more pleased. I was recently in the market for a new Hyundai Tucson. I had picked out what I wanted online and sent it to this dealer. I had an appointment to see Mr Brennan for Wednesday but found that I wasn't going to make it so decided to hope in the car and go to the dealership today. Mr. Pearce listened to what my interests were and did not try to put me into a vehicle that I was not interested in. He walked around the lot ( I wanted to walk) to help me find a car I might be interested in. ( I did not plan to buy a car today). However, I found the car I wanted after trying a Sonata and then seeing an Elantra Limited. This latter was not in the color I wanted but Mr. Pearce said if I would like to drive it he would be glad to bring it to the front so that it would be more available for my 97 year old mother to get into it. We drove around and I decided I like the car, color size and the conveniences. It exceeded the Kudos I had read in different magazines that I had googled. We got down to business and he quickly goto to the amount we could all agree on. He explained the key fob (believe it or not it needed explaining to find the hidden key. Explained the tiny door lock which cannot be used if the spare key is in the car. Set up my blue tooth. Went thru the air conditioning system...navigations system, dash board. Showed be where to find the pull to lay down the back seats. Showed me the oil stick, washer fluid container. I can say he was very thorough, considerate and made sure I had all the information I needed. This is the second car I have purchased from Hyundai. It was very good the first time and even better this time. Mr. Pearce even introduced me to the personnel in the Service Department. My sister and brother-in-law bought a 2011 Prius last Friday...I showed them my car when I got home. They called me after to say that they wished they had gone to the Hyundai dealer they loved my car a 2012 fully loaded...a shame to have a brand new car for 4 days and wish you have bought another. Customer Service is what it is all about and Mr. Pearce more than met this challenge. More
