I have used this dealership before and returned to buy my third Hyundai today. My experience today was even better than the last visit. I called Mark on the phone and told him what I wanted. I knew exactly what vehicle I wanted, Color, Model and Make, {no variations}. Reece was working with us in the beginning, then he moved to the used car store. Mark took over from there. They both really listened to me about what I wanted and knew I wouldn't make any exceptions and neither one of them wasted my time trying to sell me a car they had in stock, which was very important to me. Reece worked hard to find the exact car and shared with Mark what was happening when he turned us over to him. I was a bit disappointed that Reece wouldn't be our guy any more but was pleasantly surprised by Mark's efforts and attitude. It took a little longer than expected to get the car {It was held up at Port} and the Dealership didn't have any say in that, But it was well worth the wait!!! I have had many many cars but this is absolutely by far my favorite! Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was a pleasure. The best experience buying a car ever!!! I couldn't be happier! WeI had a horrific runaround from a neighboring dealer in getting the car we wanted with the options we asked for. After 10 days of that, We called NPR Hyundai and were transferred to Jeena. When she asked me what we wanted to buy, we told her the model, color and trim we specifically wanted. She said "give me 10 minutes, and I'll call you back". After 10 minutes or so, she called me back and said "I have found you the car you want, do you want me to get it for you?". From that point, the rest is now history. The car was there and ready for us to pick up in just two days from first contact. Jeena greeted us at the front entrance and was extremely courteous as well as efficient. They were even "dog friendly" as we had to bring a new pooch we had. Overall, it was a very good experience in purchasing our beautiful new Sonata 2.0T Limited. The car and treatment from Jeena and the dealership was awesome. A 10 day push around for a car turned into a 10 minute solution because of Jeena. Many thanks.
