My new 2013 Sonata GLS, Is very easy to drive, I can see well in traffic and the hands free blue tooth is great! Not trying to find my phone, is a good thing' when I'm "driving" ! Once again, Jeena was phenomenal to work with. I wanted to lower my payment on my current 2012 Elantra and she actually got me in to a 2013 Sonata with a lower payment and paid off the Elantra. Very easy delivery with first class treatment by Jake. I have been enjoying the vehicle for a couple months and figured this was the end of the story. Until I received an envelope in the mail from Hyundai NPR. I opened it to find a $1,000.00 check. I figured it was a sales piece and so looked for the fine print. The fine print stated, "Refund of overcharge". I called Jake and asked him to check into this. He called me back the next morning to tell me to cash the check. I cannot express how pleasantly shocked I am as I find this to exhibit a level of honesty that is unusual in any industry, let alone the retail car business. More

Jeena was absolutely fantastic! After a bad experience at Brandon Hyundai, I contacted Jeena by internet/email.
