Clearly we were all without power for a number of days..I would have expected a call to say...we are not going to be open, can we reschedule for a week or so out and if that was not doable someone would get back with me. I subsequently spoke with Jeena...and told her of my unhappiness with Frank...and I got a call and an appointment for today the 18th. My car is currently being worked on...Frank called me late in the morning to see what I was doing about my car...I told him my car was in being repaired as of that morning...conversation ended. More
