Almost too easy! I got online and was told someone would contact me. It was Jeena. Her choice was very pleasant and cheerful on the phone and even with all the negativ I got online and was told someone would contact me. It was Jeena. Her choice was very pleasant and cheerful on the phone and even with all the negative finance info I gave her, She wad sure she could get me into a lease with very little down. I got a call the next day at work from her saying I was approved for a lease. I was a little surprised to say the least. I thought I would have to dig through all my papers and bring several items but she only needed three things. That was it. So I went there after work unannounced with the pallets she needed. She said: you didn't have to do that. I said, No. I came here to leave with a new car not just to drop off paperwork. She didn't skip a beat! She took me out to pick a car, we already knew it was a value edition, but I picked the pretty blue one. It had a lot of the bells and whistles I wanted too! the finance manager said: You know, for a few more dollars a month you can finance instead of lease. I jumped right on that. I never told Jeena I wanted to own it cause I didn't think I would be able to so she hadn't prepared the paperwork for the finance. So the finance manager, redid the paperwork for the purchase of the vehicle. I was there only a couple of hours dropped off the rental and drove home with a 2018 Elantra which I already love!
