Beautiful Car, 5 Hour Process I arrived at the dealership about 3:00pm. I did not leave the dealership until after 8:30pm. There is just no reason for a 5+ hour transaction. I have a back brace and sitting was extremely painful - I even had to tell the salesman I was too tired to go over all the features. I don't believe this had anything to do with the salesman being a "rookie" as his manager described, this was due to management making everyone wait in a cue in the lobby for their turn to get the numbers presented. And then another 30-40 minutes in financing. More
