Dealer assistance with a problem We traded a 2014 Azera for a 2017 Genesis, the second car from your dealership and the 2nd time dealing with Rob Hamm. They accepted the Azera on the We traded a 2014 Azera for a 2017 Genesis, the second car from your dealership and the 2nd time dealing with Rob Hamm. They accepted the Azera on the sale date and said they would pay the last months lease. We were contacted later by someone who said there was damage to the Azera and sent a bill for damages. We went back to the dealer and was told they would handle the matter. We were contacted 9 mos. later by Hyundai Motors finance and told we were in arrears on the damage payment. We went back to the dealership and were told by Mr. Hamm and a Mr. Aaron Jones they would take care of the matter and call us back. After a week, no callback. I called back and was told they would get right on it. Today we received a call from Hyundai's debt collection company. We paid the money they demanded and now must wait to see if this will affect our excellent credit rating. After leasing many cars from many dealers we have never had such poor assistance in solving any problems regarding a vehicle trade in. This was our 2nd car from your dealership...Never again. More
