Scott was very honest, quick to respond and made sure all our questions were answered. I drove over 60 miles to get to this dealership. Scott asked for all the information beforehand and kept all documentation ready. We were in and out in 2 hours.. No tactics while finalizing price, I did not even see the managers.. James from Finance was efficient and completed the process in less than 30 minutes. No pressure to buy any additional packages, maintenance plans. Overall a great experience. More

We had a great positive experience with salesman Michael F We had been going to the Hyundai Dealership in Ocala, Fl for years and all was well with salesperson, service, etc. Unfortunately things went sideway We had been going to the Hyundai Dealership in Ocala, Fl for years and all was well with salesperson, service, etc. Unfortunately things went sideways with our last purchase which they pushed us into a lease and from day one it was no good. Through our son AL who is very knowledgeable w/Finance/sales he searched various Hyundai dealerships for a SONATA LTD.and found one for us at the Hyundai of New Port Richey and a young man named Michael Feiertag was the salesperson he spoke with. He found the car for us, got everything together with the info, price, etc. discussed all with our son and we made an appointment to make the deal. When we arrived at the dealership Michael was very knowledgeable about all that had been discussed. Our Sonata was ready to be taken for a drive, all our questions answered, Fantastic young man assisting us making our purchase experience great and all went smoothly. We talk to our friends and tell them that it's worth going to New Port Richey so that Michael F. can take care of them the way a good salesman should. We are very happy with our purchase and look forward to going there again to take care of our vehicle and although he introduced us to others we will be able to see if our experience with servicing our car will be at good as this one with Michael.
